An ordinary day with not so ordinary appearance of some mechs in the sky
This can be considered the 'bright' version. I will finish the 'dark' version someday when there's enough will XD
The sakura are inspired by Makoto Shinkai's movie '5 cm'

i like your Shinkai-inspired stuff. this one is really cool too, with mechs interacting in what could be a real world environment. makes me hope for the day mecha are real.

Think it's really refreshing to see how you implemented the mechs into a light and pretty atmosphere as opposed to the more conventional fire and brimstone ones.
I think you've done a brilliant job at conveying the mass and speed of the things with the trees and the petals and all. GJ!!

Impressive view from the ground, the sakura petals in the mech's jetwash add a sense of movement to the picture, making you actually feel the warmth of the mech thrusters.
Now thats something I'd love to see while walking a street. I'd be just like the kid in the yellow shirt

I really like this one. You really get a grasp of the size of the mecha units with the surrounding area. I even like the small touch of adding a Konata poster on the wall.
