Hi, thanks for your interrest on this Picture. I have used a picture of the Lion as shown in the Link.
Then Photosop with Fractalius Filter. Then i have copy the Picture 4 - 5 times and use on ech picture another setting from the Filter.
At last overlay the layers....thats it.

Β i have Photoshop elements 9, do you know if that has Fractalius Filter, if so, where is it located?
Now i do not follow the next part, copy the picture how?
Would you please, please make a tutorial for this? I have REALLY wanted to make pictures like this of the Lion as well
