While yes, this is very cool and impressive (I'd never have the patience to do this, lol), I have to say that you should have added more color variation, or at least colors that aren't as hard on the eyes as these are. Maybe, instead of the mountain (or tree; whatever it is ) being red, perhaps the swirls to the moon should have been red.

Thanks so much for the feedback I really was limited by my Sharpie colors (I think I had a pack of 6) and I was trying to make my colors kind of the opposite of the original... didn't quite come off like I planned, but I'm going to do another version and take more time picking my colors, and use a finer point pen (Rapidographs or dip pens).

This is a great version of such an iconic painting. Every little swirl looks perfect, I would have lost patience and gotten sloppy! Great work
