Description Bob Dylan in words (names of other artists who recorded his music, album titles, song titles, song lyrics). My experiment didn't work very well - used hard pastels to lay down the color before I started on the ink, and the pens didn't want to write on the chalk. Ugh.

This is awesome! Love the colours you've chosen for it and the text must have taken an absolute age to do and is done a perfect size to be readable but not dominate the image. The time you clearly put into this was well worth it!

Thanks I finally gave to my friend Terry (who sort of commissioned it) even though I wasn't completely happy with it. I'll probably try again and use ink washes instead of pastels... I tried a version with acrylics and don't like that much either. Maybe I'm just too damn picky. I love this style but it's hard on my stupid thumb - trying to figure out some new way to hold a pen

Fair play for sticking at it through the pain barrier, there's a LOT of text here! I'd be petrified of spelling something wrong and knowing that the mistake was in there somewhere, no matter how small

Oh, there's mistakes in there... They drive me crazy, but I figure if anybody's persistent enough to try to read the whole thing, they're crazier than me
