It showed it's excitement in it's crimson seeds, like blushing cheeks on nature's green face. The Dandelion seeds, in their arrogance show no emotions, lest other think they enjoy flying away...

Wow... ominous. I definitely see the vibrant new life kinda thing.. but everything else so dark and sinister... storm clouds gathering, like born into a dying world. Soon it will be cold and pale and defeated like the other older plants around it.
That's my shallow interpretation anyway.
