**Edit: Can someone explain what I did wrong? I mean, why is my image so blurry, though? O_oFinally another big digital drawing. XD About time I got this finished.
This is the first of my 100 witch challenge. Thought it would be fun to make her fish with stars. It makes for a fun lighting effect. Also, I tried something new with the shadowing. It's faster to work with, but I'm not so sure if I really like it.... XD
