... And then when Timmy was 12 he talked to the fairy council. He spoke of how his parents were getting worse with their neglect and how Vicky was becoming even more destructive and violent. Then reminded them that he'd saved there asses, a lot. They agreed to allow Wanda and Cosmo adopt him if they so wished. That night he asked them and they readily agreed. They left a robo Timmy and went to live forever more in fairy world having all kinds of happy and wonderful adventures. The end.
See all better, don't cry.

It's sad that often we-non native speakers pay more attention to proper grammar than the people that in theory should be doing it effortlessly :<
Why is such ignorance even legal D:

yeah, i feel that way too >.< i mean, it'd be ok if a non-native were to make a mistake, cause we can't check everything, but i mean, it would fill me with horror if i were to write something wrong in my OWN language! and it ruins a lot of good ideas, too. (the best ideas are always written horribly...)

it pains me to see so many people messing up words. it always shocks me when they mistake one for another simply because they might 'sound' similar when spoken out loud. and most of the time, not even that! preposterous, really *sighs*
yeah, they should be together, but at least, when I find a bad!fic with a good plot i think 'hey, i would do it better' and sometimes i do write one to prove it to myself, lol, so i guess it's good bad!fics exist, cause they make better-ish writers want to write more? :3 *positive outlook*

there weren't many fics worth reading in the FOP department, actually, or at least not for my likings (so, maybe there are good ones with charas i don't care about), so yes, but at any sort of bad warning i drop the fic entirely. some things i can ignore unless they're too common in a fic (like, i can ignore a 'your' and a 'you're' if they're messed up, but only if it happens once every now and then, not every odd line...)
I've also seen plenty in the danny phantom fandom, and in many anime ones i follow.
accept and except, for example. *shivers*

Well, compliments, it has been a very pleasant reading and I adore the few people that other than drawing they can also write good stories as well (or, judging from the first sentence of your description, viceversa ).
The emotions and sensations are splendidly described: from Timmy craving for contact and closeness from his (god)parents to Wanda's motherly behaviour, all with Cosmo who was also characterised perfectly. (Oh, and Poof too, brotherly love )
Although I'm usually into romance stories, I like reading sad and fluffy stories (aka Angst/Hurt/Comfort/Family... on other places ) especially if they are well written like this one.
I hope I didn't bore you with my comment mixed with my personal thoughts and I hope you'll write more in the future because I think that with this story you showed good writing skills.
And uhmmm, only a minor mistake I noticed, in the sentence: "He really looked forwards to crawl in bed and be done with it…", as far as I know the verb is "to look forward to" (even if at school they taught me and likely you too that in British English the forms backwards, forwards... are preferred over the American forms backward, forward... but I think is a standard form for the verb) followed by the -ing form; so it should be "He really looked forward to crawling in bed etc.". Uhm, if it was correct I allow you to kick me in the nuts and tear them off XD
Okay, tre, due, uno... Stop.

hohoho, you're right, that should have been an -ing verb. gah, my mistake, e dire che rileggo cento volte per evitare certe castronate... *shame*
i'm really glad you liked this shot! i'm usually more into romance/angst myself, but a good family portrait was better suited for this fandom (at least in my opinion, besides, since i like timmy, anything romance with him should wait at least 4 or 5 more years, or something).
thank you for your comment, it's always nice to receive such a long and heartfelt one!
yep, i usually write more than i draw, but FOP demanded fanart from me instead. it's easier, i guess. i'll get into the mood for fanfics soon enough, probably. that, and DP)

(I was tired that's why I wrote in a bad Italian instead of a bad English @_@)

Awesome!
All the characters are in character. This really does seem utterly possible in the FOP verse, with how it includes or at least mentions many of the things that are in most of the eps, and the FOP style humour. It really has a sense of being part of it and possible in it. Yeah, it's cute and so sad, really showing how they feel and implying the tragedy of when Timmy loses his fairies. 'Cause it will be tragic for them, like the reversal of a fairy tale. You know, a tragedy but an emotional one not a physical one, of course. Yeah...
Anyway, I totally empathize with your anxiety about new fandoms. So far, FOP is the fandom I've written the most for, and there are only a few others that I've also wrote for. Before I managed to finally do it, I had so much anxiety about it, lasting for months, yes, months.
Echoing here, but will you put this on FFN? Please? Will ya?
