In case people have been wondering where the hell did I go and why am I not posting any fanart, I might have forgotten to tell you all that I'm internet less while at unive, unless I AM at unive courses so I can steal UNIVE's connection, or the rare occurrences in which my roommate let me borrow her own connection.So yes, I'm in living hell.
In case nobody was wondering cause nobody cares, well, now you know anyway, ok? *sighs*
It will be fixed but I am not sure how long it will be. I'll be home this weekend though so maybe you get to see me more? I dunno. I need this fixed or I'll just go crazy for the lack of internet and friends. *cries*
As for this particular fanart... was waiting for this one since... forever? I feel so bad for not doing it sooner, but it really needed certain inspiration I did not have until now.
I'm so lonely without internet I'm spending hours every day drawing or sketching. you will soon see since I have many things ready to post... *sighs more*

indeed. the show never hinted that there was anything left to save inside vicky, so it's up to fans to make what they want out of it, really. fans usually manage to make connections regardless of circumstances ^^

From what I've seen in the show (and after reading a fanfic of Vicky when she was young) I can safely assume that when Vicky was 5 she was a nice and sweet girl but her parents would leave her with a babysitter who was like how Vicky is today, Vicky's babysitter put her through so much hell and everytime Vicky tried to tell her parents that her babysitter was evil they didn't believe her, which could explain why to this day she's mean to her parents, now all that anger Vicky bottled up when she was young has now turned to rage today and she takes it out on Timmy Turner and all the other kids she babysits.

He tried in the episode "Vicky loses her icky," it didn't end well. If I was Timmy in that episode, I would've put the evil butt bug in jar without poking any holes and just wait for the damn thing to suffocate and die. Problem solved

I remember that episode vicky was like 8 and very innocent and cute and it was a little hard to see her bullied seeing she did'nt seem to remember being bad

since the series isn't really meant to take stuff too serious, i don't think they meant to give her a real reason or touch why she's a bully in the first place, but taking a serious side for a moment, people who are abused and bullied heavily when young sometimes build the rage and take it out on other people weaker than they are in an attempt to control something in their life.
(or she simply decided she's a sadist end enjoys torturing lil kids. which is more in tune with the show itself. i see no redeeming qualities in vicky)

Vicky has nice parents, but in the episode where she's turned back into a 5-year old, it's implied that her babysitter was a bastard, based on how Timmy treats her. Then again, The Joker has a more fleshed-out background...
