A very interesting environment portrait. I like the way the man's beard shows up in this image. A touch of fill flash, to bring out the eyes a bit would have made an already good image look great Nice work!

You're welcome. Portraits done in harsh light often need a bit of additional light to bring out the eyes. I think your camera should have an override to force the flash on.

Try it. I actually use a flash a lot for outdoor shooting. Your in-camera metering will still give you proper exposure and you images will look better.
