Today I took a moment between the commissions to do a quick sketch about Star Wars!
I didn't have much time, so I thought about joining Star Wars and Mermay, so here's Kylo Ren / killer whale (Jedi Kille Whale U----U)

Well, I LOVE Kylo Ren, he's a really complex character in my opinion (of course it's just my opinion! XD)
Then I love how it was played by Adam Driver ... and his voice is SO deep!
I wanted to see the film in the original language because the voice used in Italian dubbing is more acute
(even that is beautiful, but it isn't the same thing!)

I agree with you for Kylo Ren, I know a lot don't like him for various reasons but I think they are just not paying attention, nor giving him a chance. He's a very interesting and complex character. Adam Driver does a great job and yes, his voice is coooool!
I never saw the dubbed version, even less the Italian, so I'll take your word for it

I think many people had already decided that he wasn't a good character BUT before they saw the movie
... sooo they already had a bad idea of it and they didn't want to give a chance to the new trilogy!
Regarding the dubbing, I don't know, but I think you can find some piece of the film in Italian,
if you are curious to hear it!

Yes, there is that too, people were probably expecting Darth Vader and they got, something a little less classic and more tortured, which is apparently way too emo for most. I mean, I don't deny the emo side (I like the joke), but again it's a little more complex than that and that's what I liked. Plus he had a great badass moment in TLJ, and people can't deny (or pretend they were expecting it until the last minute.
I'll investigate, if I ever find something and lit, I'll let you know.

It was a strange experience for me because the initial part, the one with the mountains,
was shot in Italy and well, I know those areas because I live close enough to them!
