It has been a while since i have posted anything.... so this was something that a few people asked of me.... Joe Mad's RED MONIKA... also it wasn't something i did not want to do... she is after all, one of my fav characters of his.... also i liked the idea he had for her as an over-the-top character which was a play on most female characters in comics at that time. So I had the idea and drew it and posted all in the same day.... enjoy!

The depth of all-over color is nice. I really like the intensity of the red.
And the forward facing arm is quite nice. I always think that's a hard perspective to get right, but then it's you, so I guess that eplains it!

Mmmm saucy like the red color. I hate you with love cause you have mad color pencil skills or whatever you used. Pastels or something you butthead its such a good blend... Argh!

If you love this, you should see what he does with oil, acrylic and other mediums on canvas, with full-blown paintings. Truly awe-inspiring

Now Doc is going overboard with praise.... but i like working with all mediums and mixing them as well... some of my fav pieces up in my house are of the mixed variety. Too bad that I can not scan them and show you.

Hey Joom... they are just color pencils here at work.... and i'm still tweaking the colors more as i write this... so look for a more complete version in a day or so....
