Description

This is my entry for the "Flower Power Challenge". The main idea started after a brief conversation I had with a florist about an almost dead bonsai that I bought a year ago which beside being neglected it also had root problems. I managed to save it and now it is doing well and started to grow. After I told him the story the florist said that the bonsai manged to survive because I also gave it love...so my character is cradling a flowering plant in her hands and she helps it grow strong giving it love...

This piece was first drawn on paper using B2 - B7 pens then I re-painted it in Krita by using the main brushes that came with the program, with a wacom intous. The main brushes used were: the ink brushes, the water color brushes, and the wet-paint brushes
