It Digests Your Nightmares on Mondays...cause everyone has bad mondays!
This is me being funny. this is kelly making the possum face. this may come down. i like the white light flecks in the eyes, not being able to see her pupils creeps me out. She really is painted like that, and her hair is tied to a lightfixture. We made sure to pull the wisps on the side down to look like scary sideburns or something, i like how frightening those are. you should love kelly, she makes me laugh like no other can make me laugh.
ps, i did paint that backdrop myself and there is a sound to go with the possum face... everytime I would tell her to make the face, she just haaaad to make the sound. really loud, too.

grease paint, but solid colors like orange in my last picture are waterbased theatrical paint, like mehron etc...

Your photography is consistently compelling and original. You have a mastery of light and make-up and a seemingly limitless imagination. I absolutely love the lighting and the feeling that her scream caused the background to explode. The expression is awesome. I know it made me laugh.

Whoa. "Possum face" indeed. The sickly metallic sheen on her skin (is that a feature of the paint or lighting?) only enhances the "scary" idea. I like that every wrinkle, indentation, hollow, and curve is so distinct. The devil's in the details, and damn does it look hot.
