What works especially well for me (and maybe it's just me, 'cos nobody else has mentioned it) is that the decorative shape of the key, those two little spikes just above the bottom lip, combine with the blood trickle to suggest "vampire" even though there is no hint of that from the actual teeth...
It really is a great image. I'll leave it at that!

the way you're clenching that key is perfect, and the red colors of your lipstick and the flowers work well to give this an emotion of lust, love, and hostile disposition all at the same time
