DONE:

I ask you all to meet Aisha Bond, the new staff member at Firelight. She's 20 years old, and is rather skilled in both dressage and show jumping, with aims at working to be an eventer. She brings with her her horse, FAS Paranoia [link] , a young 7 year old Hanoverian with exactly the same attitude and drive as his rider.

I would like to give special thanks to *noblestallion for helping me name Aisha, for giving me Paranoia out of the goodness of her heart, and for her inspirational ways that made me use SAI. I'd also like to thank all those who supported me during my outburst earlier, it meant a lot to me.

Story

The day after Aithne had been taken into hospital, a truck rolled into Firelight. It was smart, large and blue, with a well-reputed stable name plastered along every available surface. Lee headed out to greet the truck, in command while Adam was at the hospital with Aithne and dealing with the police. As he approached, a young woman with bright red hair hopped out of the passenger side with paperwork in hand. The driver kept the truck running, clearly on some sort of schedule. "Hey!" The woman said brightly as she jogged over to meet Lee. "I'm Aisha Bond, Aithne hired me to come look after some show jumpers," she grinned, offering a hand to Lee. The man was slightly taken aback by her energy, but shook her hand instinctively. Something about this woman was... strange. He shrugged it off and glanced towards the truck.
"You've brought your own horse, I take it?" The girl nodded and offered Lee the papers in her hand.
"Yeah. Aithne said you'd want his paperwork, so here it is. I think everything's in order. He's got his vet report and his pedigree in there," she said absent-mindedly as they walked over to the truck. Lee frowned as he looked at the papers, scanning them as she lowered the back of the trailer. Hooves thudded and clattered and Aisha calmed the horse inside with soothing words.
"I think there's a mistake," he called out. "It says this horse is FA-" He stopped mid-sentence as Aisha led the huge warmblood down the ramp. He was magnificent, with muscles in all the right places and a very striking facial marking. "FAS Paranoia," he finished, moving over to the stallion. "Maybe there isn't a mistake," he mumbled as he let the huge beast sniff him. Aisha laughed and shook her head.
"Nope, this is Parry alright," she said with a broad grin as she patted his muscular neck firmly. "Could you hold him while I put the ramp up? Thanks." She thrust the leather leadrope into Lee's hand and went to put the ramp up on the truck. Lee started at the stallion, then looked back down at the papers.
"Where did you get him?" He called out, gazing at the stallion's lengthy pedigree.
"Daddy bought him for me when he was a foal, I trained him up from there," Aisha called as she banged on the back of the truck, signalling the driver to leave. As the vehicle pulled away in a plume of dust, the woman moved to Lee's side and took the leadrope back.
"Wow," Lee said as he went to inspect the horse. Paranoia snorted nervously, but Aisha hushed him and rubbed his nose.
"I guess you have a stable for him?" The woman prompted suddenly. Lee stopped and looked over.
"Huh? ... Oh, yeah, right, follow me," he said with a smile, leading the way to the yard. Aisha followed with Parry at her side, looking around at the place she would be working for the foreseeable future.
"How do you like your new home, Parry?" she whispered to the stallion, hugging his neck as they walked. "I love it too."

Okay so I got it lined in SAI, now just to colour it.

Aisha is a new staff member at FLS, with her horse Parry.

She's... different... and you'll soon see why.

It was going so well... but HELL... I can't do hair in SAI

I'm drawing in SAI because I'm fed up of my lines looking like shit when I draw people. But SAI is SHIT for hair! JUST SHIT.

It looks like those drawings people do with the mouse... no offense to you guys but it looks awful...

so I deleted the hair... and now I give up...

but hey there's a nice horse head that'll probably never get finished
