My idea for a normal type eeveelution! I always imagined that if Game Freak ever made a normal type one it'd be stocky like Flareon, as Eevee is quite stubby itself (in an adorable way). As Eevee's ruff of fur seems to be its main feature, I thought i'd develop that with this evo and decided to give it a thick, cream overcoat, both to emphasise fluffiness and to make its colour scheme noticeably different to Eevee's (well, the colours themselves are exactly the same, but Eevee is more brown than cream so I switched the ratios ). I wanted its face to resemble Eevee's closely, but a more mature version of it.

This guy would be similar to Rotom when it comes to one of its move slots, with one attack changing completely under certain circumstances. While Rotom changes form and its move changes with it, Trueon's ability would cause certain held items to change the move...

Ability: Influential* (Hidden ability - Normalize)
*This Pokemon's move will change depending on item held (Items that power up a certain type ie charcoal, meadow plate, water gem, will change Trueon's attack 'Trump Card' into move of corresponding type.)
The attack changing thing won't work if Trueon doesn't have the Influential ability or the ability is supressed by other means.

Obtain by not giving your Eevee a haircut. Ever. (Or level up while holding an 'elemental fragment', or similar cool sounding item)

"As Eevee's irregular genetic structure causes it to transform into other species under many different circumstances, obtaining Trueon can become quite a challenge. A certain item helps stabilise its cells and attain this form. It can still be affected by some influences that cause it to use techniques of other elements."
