Thank you Joseph for doing a shoot of my Link at Kastucon! You guys should check out his work; it's all amazing! <3 [link]Every part of this costume (outfit, chain mail, wig, props) was made myself, the only exception being the ears (which were from Aradani Studios).
I've been thinking about remaking the shield since it was a bit rushed (I had only one week to make my props before Afest last year), but I like it enough that I probably won't worry about it and just take my time when I eventually get around to making TP Link. XD

You look like you've stepped straight out of the game. Both real and art-like at the same time. I love this.
Though, does that shield appear in SS? Or am I just failing at finding it?

the shield does in fact appear in SS. it's just near the end of the game. you can get it from the thunder dragon (the third dragon you meet to learn the complete hero song on your harp) and you have to get it by completing all previous boss battle in the game. you get other prizes too if you don't win them all (the more fights, the bigger the prizes) until you beat them all, where you get the Hylian Shield. ^w^ it's personal preference, but i like to get the shield before the final boss of the game. hope i helped, good luck fellow adventurer!
