More underappreciated Pokemon fanart!
This time I used a new coloring technique to make the colors pop more around the edges. Let me know if you see the difference. 
I personally LOVE Buizel and Floatzel! They're both really cute and quite strong. And this little gal is raring for a good fight!

Buizel is so cute! and i agree it is one of the more underappreciated fanart. does that explain why: in Pokemon Diamond i have about six Buizels and I took my Floatzel to the pokemon league with me and won? #thepowerofFloatzel

Aaah, Buizels, adorable little sea otters. I still remember the days that they were all the rage before Riolu suddenly became more popular with the PMD games' releases.
I missed seeing them around :'D. Never saw any art of females much either, this is nice!
