This was supposed to be drawn for Pokemon Day, but it came out a week late, my apologies. This is Sacaetri, she is going to be one of the main protagonists in my upcoming comic for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Emblem Warriors, but I'll let you all get the chance to know her first.

Sacaetri: Steady Rogue

Sacaetri is a a young thief who resides around Pokemon Square. She is the second commander of Team Flamesweep and the partner of the hero who saved the Pokemon World from the natural disasters and the star that was to fall into the Pokemon World.

Prior to the events of Blue/Red Rescue Team, she along with her family was with a small band of traveling thieves who had been driven from their homes due to an attack on their home village. She was taught to steal, but never actually wanted to so she never went out on the thievery missions. She lived that way for many years.

After the group of thieves parted their ways, her family temporarily resided in Tiny Woods which was near Pokemon Square. Because her residence was only temporary, her only option was to steal from the civilians, but she detested that idea, hoping that there was another way.

As her family targeted the square, they infamously became known as top rogues of Pokemon Square for their ability to escape swiftly.

Her mother gave her a special dagger called Inakuri for use whenever she felt the need to. She intended to use it only for self-defense, but then came the next day.

She got news that her family had run low on poison neutralizers so she was sent to get some. She stole a Pecha Berry from a young child who got that to help out his mother's illness. When confronted by said child, she quickly raised her dagger in panicked ready in case of an attack, but the sight of her dagger sent the kid running and crying. Although she escaped from out of sight, she saw that child's home from a distance and saw through the window, him crying and apologizing to his mother as she was losing strength. This sight wracked her with guilt and she swiftly returned the Pecha Berry by dropping it through the window in secret before running back to Tiny Woods.

When she returned home, she was continuously filled with guilt and personally responsible for the near fate of the child's family. She had hated stealing, but never truly knew the impact it left on innocent civilians. She wanted nothing more to hang up her life of thievery. Late into the night, while everyone was asleep, she secretly returned everything she stole or every thievery she was held accountable for along with an apology note.

Following the incident, she decided to just walk out to Pokemon Square. On the way she saw a brick house built but no one owns it so she used items she naturally found in the woods as payment for it. When she got to the main square she wasn't suddenly attacked as almost all the citizens were happy to have their things back but still gave a confused and dirty look wondering why a thief like her would return all of their stuff. She saw the Pelipper Post office, she saw the Message Board that requested Pokemon for help. She saw the reward and took one of the jobs herself personally and while she did succeed and rescuing a young Pichu who had posted the mission, she was injured badly. Nonetheless, the Pichu thanked her and gave her an Oran Berry as thanks. She returned home feeling good and decided that she just wanted to help people and earn her rewards the honest way.

The day after, she told her family that she didn't want to steal but to get her things the honest way, and her family approved so she set out for Pokemon Square, but along the path to Pokemon Square, she came across an unconscious Squirtle by the name of Karth who used to be a human. After helping a Butterfree save her Caterpie, Sacaetri led him to the house she bought and explained that she wanted to become an exploration team to which Karth agreed. They became a top exploration team by the name of Team Flaresweep and known as the heroes who saved the Pokemon World from impending destruction. She is still Karth's partner to this day, but still wonders why Karth offered to help her in the first place... after all her rogue title still precedes her along with her heroic acts.

She claims that she used to be right handed, but she seemly uses her left hand now. Records of her claim say that she is just better with her left, but reasons for switching hands is unknown.

Steal: Enables her to try to steal a foe's unequipped item from their inventory.

~ Skills Learned ~

Sneaky Strike (Personal Skill): If she is injured and she initiates combat against a foe that can counterattack, she is granted additional Evade and Accuracy. (+15%)

Defiant Speed: If her stamina is
Vantage: She counterattacks first if she is attacked with less than half her stamina. (HP
Tempest: Boosts damage dealt by 50% of her Speed.

Spur Speed: Adjacent allies receive increased Speed during combat. (+50%)
