Jano, the guardian of the Cave of Bad Dreams. Not many pictures of this fellow online. Good old Rayman 2! I recommend Rayman Revolution for PS2!!!First time I used a Tablet to paint in photoshop!

This guy freaked me out when I was little. He doesn't seem like much now, compared to other things, but, when I was like 7 or 8, I dreaded having to deal with this thing. I actually used think he was the Boogeyman, that's what I called him for the longest time until I found out what his name actually was.

Yeah, I always forgot his name when i was a kid too! The PS2 version of Rayman 2 really is the best rendition of the game, you get the most out of the cave of bad dreams level! They did a good job keeping his name a secret, i just called him the guardian cause he guarded the cave. Kind of a nice name for a bad fellow huh?Β

Oh, I know, I have the PS2 version, it's pretty time consuming. Though, I mostly still play the Dreamcast version.

The amount of detail on this piece is pretty amazing, especially on Jano. The eyes, the skin and his arms, plus the background. And yeah, wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley either.
