Usagi looks cute flying around. She could fly into space in the manga, but she didn't do it very much, so I suppose she'd still have this reaction if she flew around with a green lantern ring.

Yeah,I mean if it's Serenity, sure, I'd like to see her with the white ring. But if it's the dim bulb, THAT's what scares me. That's like giving her a gun.

Hey, she gained enough power to blow the planet up in the manga and avoided blowing it up.

True but wasn't she in princess form though?

She once did that in her Super form, which in the manga was actually stronger than her princess form.

Sailor Moon is MUCH weaker in the anime, which also regresses her character development away from the climax of each arc. The manga also made it clear that she was getting stronger whenever she got a costume change. Even before that, she took out a planet at the end of the 2nd arc.
The Super Sailor Moon form in the manga occurred in the 3rd arc when she was given a power-up by the whole team, expect Saturn. Even with her power she couldn't Pharaoh 90 though, which was instead defeated by Sailor Saturn. Her Eternal Sailor Moon form can in the 4th arc where after everyone else got their own power-ups, Sailor Moon got power from everyone, including Sailor Saturn.

This is why I like the manga sometime than the anime. (Even thought they all died in the manga. Didn't they?)

Usagi revived everybody, though manga's ending was kinda ambigious.

Was Darien (Mamoru) a douche in the manga?

Bit of jerk at first, but he and Usagi got over their problems. One of the main problems I had with the anime was how he was handled, he and Usagi really only become a couple when they get their memories of their past lives back, in the manga they were getting closer beforehand. Also in the manga, even if Mamoru didn't fight that match, he was still very supportive, and in the anime, all we have him do after the 2nd season is be fought over by Usagi and Chibiusa, and while I agree with US haters of her that her English voice in annoying, I didn't like her characterization in the since she's much more bratty than in the manga, and mostly just fights over Mamoru with Usagi, and I really didn't like her being the focus of the fourth season even Usagi still did all the fighting. In the manga, she was more useful and didn't have a rather disturbing Electra complex that could erase her from existance.

I find the main change I preferred in the anime was that most of the henchmen didn't have much, if any, personality in the manga, though I wasn't a fan of how goofy they started getting in later seasons.

Yeah I never cared much for the monsters of the week in the anime.

Cool, I'd frankly think a couple of the other colors suit her a bit better but this is really great, one for the favs.

First Flight made me think of how much I wanted a live-action Sailor Moon movie.
Hell, we already got our live-action Green Lantern, and despite having no space cockroach Parallax, I liked it.

Wow. Are you people kidding me? The movie Parallax design was a HUGE improvement over the ridiculous evil yellow space mantis from the comics. Still not a good design, but at least it was one that actually looked scary (which the embodiment of fear should definitely look like) and I could take seriously.

While I find the lizard-bug design of the comics childish, the crappy cloud-thing of the movie could be made better, as all the rest of the movie... just imho.

The movie tried to merge Parallax and Krona, like how Iron Man 2 merged Crimson Dynamo and Whiplash. That was fine, but I still wanted the space cockroach.
And yeah, I know about PGSM. I meant a big-budget live-action movie with a talented director like Bryan Singer or Jon Favreau. Something that won't make us cringe in shame by making us remember how we actually liked Power Rangers as kids.

Bel disegno comunque, quando l'ho vista, m'ha fatto ridere l'espressioneestasiata di usagi!^^
