I finally had a go at making these. Geez, they take a hell of a lot of time. Five freaking hours. xD But they were worth it I think. My birthday party is tomorrow, and this is dessert. :3I used a lot of blue food colouring.. xD
They look a bit crappy, but I'm sort of happy with them I guess.

hope you have a happy birthday! they look really cool! i carved a chunk out of mine to make the mouth and turned it upside down to make more nose and lip but that took ALOT of icing
