I wanted to do some Wings of Fire art, so here's Clay the Mudwing!
Yesterday, I readed the last chapters of the first book of the series and I really LOVE the book, it's one of the best books I've ever read! It's so original written: dragons look less scary and brute when you read this serie (except for queen Burn and queen Scarlet and some other dragons but oh well) and it was so heartwarming when Clay found his siblings (not his mother, she's heartless 
). I think my favorite characters until now are Clay and Peril (and them together 
). I'm going to read another book from the serie when I've done some other books that I have to read.I like drawing dragons but I hate drawing all those scales, so I decided that I only draw the big important scales and not the little ones on his face. I hope you like it!

When I'll draw dragons there will be like NO scales.

I've actaully never drawn dragons. But if I'll draw one, I'm sure I'll have some problem with the scales.

I would start to scale my dragons, and then halfway through I would be all like, "AARGH! SCREW THIS!" and throw my pencil across the room.
