No. She would be my OC's equivalent to Sailor Moon's evolution of Sailor Cosmos. Sailor Moon went from being the guardian of the moon to the guardian of the cosmos. That must mean that the other senshi combined into one, going by the stripped colors on Cosmos' skirt AND your logic. I mean, how else can a MOON senshi become the guardian of the Cosmos? That being said, my OC has a different concept, one which would be explained in a fanfiction(should I ever find the brain power to work it xD)

That;s an interesting theory I suppose, but it's definitely not canon. The stripes on Cosmos' skirt most likely represent the powers her friends lent to her for her mission. Remember, in the manga, a lot of the final battles involved Sailor Moon requiring the support of ther friends to defeat the new big bad villain. They did not literally merge with her, but they did give her their strength in her time of need. Besides, the character bio description of Sailor Cosmos in the manga series disproves your theory, since it reads as follows. "Sailor Cosmos is a Sailor Senshi who appears in the last two acts of the manga. She comes from a distant future, where all was destroyed, due to the battle with Chaos . After a long time fighting, she fled to the past in the form of Chibi Chibi  to encourage Eternal Sailor Moon  to defeat Chaos  in the final battle of the series. Sailor Cosmos is the future Sailor Moon." That's from the Sailor Moon wiki which only uses canon facts for its information on the characters. Even in the Sailor Moon 90's anime which didn't really cover much on Sailor Cosmos, she was implied to be Sailor Moon's true form as well as her final transformation. Cosmos is most likely what Neo Queen Serenity turns into when she transforms into a Sailor Guardian, assuming she can still do that when she becomes queen. But I'm thinking that is the case because in the mafna (which I consider to be the true Sailor Moon canon, along with Sailor Moon Crystal) Sailor Moon is revealed to be the sovereign of the universe. That is why she is so powerful and why she seems to have so many villains after her silver crystal, because they believe that if they take her silver crystal from her, they will gain her role. Of course it doesn't work like that, which they also discover the heard wY.

My OC goes from Sailor Lunar Angel(because she is a daughter of the moon, a moon from a distant galaxy, and has celestial ties due to her past life) to Imperial Sailor Lunar Angel to Cosmic Sailor Legend. A change in the senshi's name is rare in the Sailor Moon universe, yes, as Sailor Moon was the only one, but originally the design above didn't exist as Sailor Lunar Angel's evolution, believe it or not, it only came to be after I fell in love with Sir-Frog 's design. This upgrade is what it is because of an idea I had. The name Legend stems from her past and the past of her moon kingdom, Phantasia. The Imperial Moon Kingdom, Phantasia, from where Anthea(Serenity, Sailor Lunar Angel, Cosmic Sailor Legend) originates from, was created and the first moon child of the universe was born. This deity had a child named Serene, who is Anthea's ancestor. Serene, who was originally created for a roleplay project called 12 Kingdom by JATGProductions , was the equivalent in strength and beauty to Queen Serenity and Neo Queen Serenity. However, she, like Queen Serenity, sacrificed herself, and used the full power of the Phantasia Power Crystal, so that her people could be safe, and her enemies could be sent away and forced into a long slumber til a warrior of her caliber could awaken. Cosmic Sailor Legend is basically my OC unlocking her ancestor's power.

So I'm the nice of the two of us (Froggy and I.) And I'm here to basically tell you to Pipe the fuck down.  (thank you Jenna Marbles for existing in my life) Seriously.

This is an OC, created by TWO people (this is the one I think she adopted by Froggy) and from there she created her own thing (redesigned it to fit her computers needs) and made this beautiful angel.

I think it's really stupid that people sit around and and bitch about why an oc doesn't fit into canon rules/logic. It drives me nuts and really upsets me. An oc is meant to defy the rules of Canon logic and really no one can say what one Oc is right or wrong.

So again I say to you Pipe. The. Fuck. Down.

That makes my brain want to run away.... I mean, no offense, but who the actual fuck really cares? She has fun with her oc, I had fun making this design, and the artistical frivolity and creativity of someone else doesn't necessarily mean that you can come in and flame them for enjoying their creative fan character. Last I checked there are no "Sailor Moon Fan Character Laws"and such. Maybe try getting some creativity?
