History
Asha was born into her role as the next Sailor Vega, raised and taught from a very young age what her destiny as a Sailor Soldier was to be. She was trained from the moment she could move to take up the mantle. As such, on her home world, she holds the title of "Star Priestess"; one who shall give themselves wholly unto the Cosmos. Her broad range of teachings include her lineage, the Vega legacy, the mythology and history of the Legendary Sailor Soldiers and the Galaxy Cauldron as well as astrophysics and cosmology, dance, writing, reading, meditation, and song.

Personality
While she is very intelligent in the fields of her study, Asha is very naive in the ways of everything else. When it comes to new things, she gets very curiously excited, especially if it is something deemed "Not allowed" by the Head Priests, and if possible, she will find a way to sneak away from her rigorous studies to find something more fun.

UUGH the yellow I used for her robe scanned so much darker than it actually is, I had to adjust it in Photoshop. It's supposed to be a pale yellow. @_@ Need to locate a better marker for it.......
