I'd build my home right there, with a part already inside the mouth, like it was going to be devoured in a second, then I'd build a more rooms inside the monster, make windows out of the eyes

I once had a nightmare about an ENORMOUS squid attacking the world (yeah, its tentacles could stretch across the whole world) and eating people by the tens of millions. Β You'd see a big, black, shiny tentacle arcing out of a large-enough body of water, then seconds later it would reach for you. Β You can try to hide, but it will find you. Β You can try climbing a mountain, but it will reach you. Β And if it gets a hold of you...
