So my scanner is broken currently ! Which is unfortunate for I can't properly do this one project.Also the quality I could get with my camera wasn't top notch ! Sorry about that !
I especially don't know why people hate on Popplio ! It looks like a cute, energetic sea puppy !
For these evolutions, I went with an Arlequin and a Pierrot.
I just love Arlequins and jesters so I just couldn't resist it.
As for the Pierrot it seems like an idea not everybody would go with which is why I used it.
Pierrot are also called white clowns. In circus, they often are all white but they sometimes have blue.
The white clowns are smarter, sadder, more serious and elegant than other clowns.
Being a Pierrot, it also linked Popplio to the moon, which, regarding the names of the games, is fitting.
Finally, it would become a water/psychic that can charge bubbles with emotions. A true showman but also a strategist !
Popplio and Pokémon belong to Game Freaks and Nintendo.

If Popplio evolved into these, I would definitely choose it. I was kind of hoping for a clown/jester seal.

The current evolution line seems more pointed towards female popplio's though so I see this as the male's (moon?) counterpart

I am contemplating redesigning some starters that are a bit lame.

I get the feeling starters always more pointed towards one sex, so it may look either feminine or masculine. There's always a certain gender I would appoint to such pokemon.

Torterra is neither gender to me.
I might be biased as it's my fave grass starter and my second fave starter.

I don't know what I find to be my favorite starters, I really like Emboar, Charizard, Sceptile and Chesnaught
But the new starters are also really cool

Emboar hasn't gottten too much love, as does the whole fifth gen, which I find the be one of the best dexes yet and it includes my favorite pokemon of all time, Leavanny.
But I also like Ludicolo and Tangrowth ... might make a top so much of my favorite pokemon hahah saw you did one as well

Well, I cannot say there are many gen 5 pokémon in my tops...
Samurott is probably up there for the starters though. Close behind Greninja and Torterra.
Oh, and Bisharp too.

In my opinion, Gen 5 has some of the best pokémons ever. But it also have some of the worst.
And it also have way too much legendaries. Half of them being very lame and lazy (the weather djinns are ugh...).
Gen 2 oficially has the coolest and the lamest designs ever so...
Nothing beats Jumpluff and Sunflora lameness.

I love grass types in general
Ludicolo, Tangrowth and Leavanny beat it though xD
Gen 5 has some of the best, and even though the ice cream and trash bags are hated, I think those are just as awesome ;D

Yeah the many legendaries is a point I hated ,legendaries should be rare and you shouldn't have like 10 drazillion of them 
Gen 2 is also a very good region
Sunflora is okay, never used it, jumpluff is lame xd

Sunflora is a 3 years child drawing.
I actually think Garbodor is very well designed for a trash bag.
The ice-cream pokémon is very good too in my opinion.
These are not the ones I am thinking about.
Here is a list : Watchog line, the 3 monkeys, Pidove line, Woobat line, Timburr line, Seismitoad line, Karateka & Judo, Maractus, Swanna's line, the alien robots and Beartic (but Cubchoo is adorable).
All of these are very lame in my opinion.

It looks awesome! I am personally team Popplio, so it is nice to see some great evo ideas for him/her! I also love how you used a more Jester approach rather than others who have done things like a strongman design. Overall, it's my favorite fanmade Popplio evolution I have seen!
