Tagging along more powerful ghost pokémons, it is often seen as a minion.
Although ghost experts know it to be the most frightening one of the bunch.

The biggest problem with this pokémon is that it is impossible to know if they are crazy, stupid, clueless, cruel or simply acting as such.

They float around swinging their head and doing foolish things with it.
This bring hilarity to the group of ghosts it is part of.
But once against it is hard to determine if they are laughted at willingly or not.
Do they even care ?

They have destructive tendency and are pretty much unpredictable.
Training this pokémon can sometime be a ticket to the nearest asylum.
You must ever be a saint or an insane one to make that thing evolve.
