These are some of the Taino Indians symbols and Gods, I did this on one of those times when you are bored to death and had nothing else to do. Plus for some reason I started to think about back home and decided to do some. The ones you are seen here are the most common ones, there are others but I only could remember these here. As you can see the name of "Hurricane" actually came from the Taino God "Huracan", well enjoy!Related content

Hi I am very new to this website/app I only made my account in hopes of corresponding with you. I ran across this picture online many months ago when I was looking for ideas for Taino tattoos (My mother was born and raised in Puerto Rico). After looking at hundreds of pictures and drawings I kept coming back to the drawings of your art. I decided to get some tattoos of your art and I was hoping to show you. Iām not sure if I can send it to you on this app or through email. I still plan on getting a few more from the drawings of yours in the next few weeks. I would also like to speak to you about other Taino gods that I would love to get tattooed but they are not on this page you drew. It would be great to hear back from you.

I really like the shading. Is that an inkwash or marker?

Glad you like these, I was just something I wanted to do because it reminds me of back home. No it is just marker, I use Prisma color and Pitt markers. Also I checked out your gallery and you got some really nice work in there! I noticed you kept your artwork while going through Highschool and everything, that is really cool as you can see your own development. I wish I had kept my stuff from way back but I did not thought of it back then. Anyway you got a nice style and really cool work, keep going man!

Thanks LB! Yeah I guess they really were into thier Gods! Especially the hurricane one! I haven't found the one for death, but I know there were others. I would have to do some more searches and see if I find more info.
