*My sincerest apologies for not being on DA often enough. Things have become crazy busy, but fun. I've been working on a pair of "Little Mermaid Art Commissions" rag dolls and shadow box backgrounds for friends of mine who have baby girls. My friends who were Asian always loved reading manga, and eventually I got into reading manga as well as have a large collection. The artwork, as well as those incredible stories have truly inspired my own artwork, and tales.*

"SBY" is one of the many manga stories that I've created, yet this story was inspired by a friend of mine who completely and totally betrayed me, and then she dumped me suddenly for 7 months of Hell and back. My friends and teachers played a huge role in supporting me during this really tough time. The hero is a dual-natured demon who goes by the name of Intarayasho. In April 2018 I've begun to write a script for this manga, and have started to plan out all of the layouts, and sketching in this really powerful story that everyone can relate to losing a friend. Been working on the character designs for the cast. There will be lots of villains: Yami Kura is a truly evil demon warrior with dangerous ambitions, and is rotten to the core. Nogano is a Samurai shogun who was once Intarayasho's best friend, yet no longer is a friend. There will be lots of Ookami Yokai tribes (Koga is one of my favorite characters from the "InuYasha" manga), Kitsune along with ancient Japanese gods, goddesses, spirits and ghosts and the journey will be set in modern-day Japan. Kureyon is an aloof Ookami Yokai with dusky azure wolf fur loin cloth who is a young chief of his own wolf demon pack, and he hears rumors of a foreign human miko of such beauty, Lady Emiri of England on her first visit to Japan. Intarayasho is Emiri's mate.
Who will she choose?

The 3-eyed Oni demon is a supporting character, and he's a reliable friend of Intarayasho. I'm excited to see how he will turn out as a member of the team of the most unlike group of heroes, and brave heroines (who are teenage girls with a love of reading about ancient Japanese mythology.).

I'm working hard on completing the other chapters (or Scrolls) before I start to plan out the final layout. Inking an entire page on manga manuscript paper is going to take lots more practice for me to get the hang of, yet it's gradually improving. It's so important to get this manga and such a powerful story can offer support to others going through really difficult situations. Updating the original artwork and the story is really inspiring me to work on it on the side of my other Art Projects.

EDIT: After talking with a really close friend of mine, I've decided to make this into the official Front Cover of my manga, and have already drawn a new cover art for this pretty exciting adventure.
