I hope that's supposed to be a bullet, because it looks like a giant tube of lipstick to me! But I'm a girl, so that probably affects my immediate impression of things.
All in all, I really like this guy. He looks very impressive and professional without seeming cold.

So... what's his story?
Actually, let's start with his most glaring attribute: The missing halo.

Sorry, had to submit and be at work but, with this one i wanted the imagination to come into play, But as far as the Halo, its been "misplaced" Usually meaning losing it but who knows what actually happened to it. Definitely switched over into the after life at some point but he's back in the mortal coil at the moment. Bullets and fur keep occupying his pockets; If he doesnt check them for a while they'll start overflowing id imagine. That bullet is flammable and explosive, but perhaps it is one with him now- prolly bestows him the ability to self sustain during combustions- its a bit to offer, i just made the design-
i want to see what someone else would do with his personality and or powers if he got picked. I'm always into what ppl do, i felt i could provide minimal details just so i could see how they would be like in another artist's perception.
