Father Grigori and his, "congregation" (Heh heh, HA HA, HAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!)This one was a real bitch to color, and the sky is absoulutely horrible, but otherwise I think it turned out okay.

I do love the moody and religious imagery in the Ravenholm chapter. You sir have added to that. The robes, purifying flames, crosses and silhouetted church really capture the mood of the place. Tops to you sir/madame!

I'm actually doing a fanfiction in which Grigori is directly involved with G-Man, along with Eli, Gordon, and Alyx, of course.
In the end, they all confront G-Man.

Grigori looks flat-out awesome in his default Mr. T gold chains and Converse All-Stars. But a man named after Rasputin would probably be moar likley to wear sexy robes, as shown here.

Wow! Awsome picture!! Father Grigori is my favorite of the characters from Half Life and it's good to see a picture of him. This came out very well and I must say he looks quite badass in full priest regalia along with his shotgun.
Is it a rifle or a double barrel shotgun? I think it's the latter because when I spawn him as an NPC in gmod(or used to) he would fire twice then reload and it sounded like a shotgun to me.

Thanks for your comment! It looks and sounds like a shotgun, but when I used cheats to get his gun, it used magnum ammo. So I think it's a rifle.

I just had a thought while playing through the Ravenholm chapter again. I read in the wikipedia page that the weapon is listed as shotgun even though it uses magnum ammo and I think that mabey it's a double barrel shotgun but he's using 12 gauge slugs as opposed to standard buckshot. ^.=.^
It would make sense to me since it only holds two shots and since the .357 bullet does so much damage there was no point in programming a completely different ammo type for the same result.
...yes I am that obsessed.
