It's about time I did some Redwall Fanart ^-^ 'tis Martin the Warrior, spirit of Redwall Abbey, done completely in graphite at 1am this morning
I must do more, I think maybe Tammo next xD or maybe Russa or Horty. Anyways...

Hey, which Horty? There are two... This is very good! I seem to remember something like this in a book illustration...But what's with the spider under his arm?

I think I meant Horty from Loamhedge? I haven't read the books for over five years now, so I don't remember 
The spider is/was my signature at the time, God knows why I put it in the middle of the picture (I was young).

I've not read any Redwall in years, all my books are buried beneath others now...
It's quite possible that when I was drawing this that I used the poster as a reference, but I think I mainly used the cover of Martin the Warrior. Can't remember =S It was too long ago now, heh

I dunno which characters I liked... it's been years since I've read a Redwall book. And I've always thought that since badgers were 500 times bigger than all the animals in the stories, they could easily squish them. XP
