Description
The Ziz Gryphon is the largest of the know gryphon species on the continent of Arcadia. Named after one of the 3 archetypal beasts from Jewish Mythology (the other two being Leviathan and Behemoth), this creature is large enough to compete with dragons and wyverns for resources.
The Ziz Gryphon uses its powerful beak and talons to deliver devastating slashing and piercing attacks to whatever unfortunate animal is spotted by it. It can also utilize powerful Air and Lightning attacks which give it an edge in aerial combat.

Ziz Gryphons are fairly intelligent beasts, though they are still a few dozen generations away from achieving sapience; though they are on the right path to gaining it.
