Actually, she only knocked it out, and in the game for which this illustration was made the dragon becomes her (reluctant) steed.

Thanks! I'd love to illustrate book professionally, but there's no publisher (yet) willing to give me a shot at it. But according to all the trend experts, traditional publishing is going downhill, and self-publishing is on the up-up-up. So I guess it's up to us, ourselves, to make sure we're seen, and heard, and paid for our work.

I'm determined to finish all of the illustrations for the core rule book before the end of February, and then we'll see if we continue with speciality books, like a monster guide (almost obligatory), and so on. The other illustrations are small ink drawings colored in Photoshop in flat comic book-style colors, so I may not post any of them here.
