I researched the internet about it and CNN says that it was Wall Arch that collapsed, not Wilson Arch. I'm pretty sure that you didn't read anything about Wilson Arch in NG since it's not really a well-known arch, it's not even in Arches NP. Whatever...

I just checked CNN.com, the one that collapsed wasn't Wilson Arch, it was Wall Arch in Arches Ntl. Park. Thank God ...

I love the brilliance of the sky!! The arch is quite, nice as well. The thing that catches my eye the most is the sky.

Yeah I did this with the help of a little thing called polarizing filter 
It's weird though, because I don't like the sky at all. I would much more like to have a nice sunset in the background but we were a bit too early and in a rush since we still had to find a motel when we arrived in Moab.

A sunset would have been perfect behind the arch!! Too bad you guys couldn't have stayed just a bit longer. But the polarizing filter looks good, too, in my opinion.
