Description Tyler, in Remember Me.
I originally meant to post it yesterday for the 10th anniversary of 9/11, but I had no time to finish it. Remember Me is a movie which still haunts me a year after, like few other movies have been able to do.

Watercolours, HB pen, ink pen, size: about A4

The excerpt below is from my blog about that movie - it's my yesterday post for the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

Sweet and fragrant like love and the long summer days, and full of old echoing griefs, sadness and melancholy, the Remember Me movie is like a mirror of life and death, of love and loss, of joy and grief. Like our lives, it reminds us that all these fleeting moments and our loved ones are all we have, and that it may be taken away, anytime, in the most brutal fashion. All we'll ever have are these precious moments of life, and their memories when they are gone forever.
Tyler is an imaginary character, but he seems so real that we suspend disbelief and embrace his fate and cry for him when he dies. Tyler gives a sweet, tender human face and voice to all those who were lost on that September day ten years ago. In Remember Me, statistics and numbers vanish. The collective tragedy, which tends to make human lives anonymous, becomes personal and real. Those of us the whole world over who saw the attacks from a distance and had no personal ties to the victims, or who are too young to remember, can now feel and understand, as if we had a lost a brother, a son, a lover, a best friend. No more numbers, but only the poignant memory of every single person who was lost on that day. As we follow the story of the young man who died in the Tower, of his life cut short, and listen to the whispering pages of his diary in the rubble, we remember everyone of those who, like him, were torn away forever from their loved ones on that day.
Through Tyler's voice, we can hear every single voice. We remember each of them.

Oh Kim, Speach less now, after leaving this pieces inread in my inbox...

To the pice:
It was the 1st thing that I've senn and I can't tell you why or how.. it keeps stand still. Still in my message bix. But breathtaking and mvong while watching. How did you manage to get this movemen tinto the picture? Like I'm sucked into the pice itself while watching it. Suckd, part of the zigarette.... was that you purpose???

I am not lying - it's the most intriguing, breathtaking, "getting me into a piece"-art that I've ever seen (I am 14 years and 260 days old)
At least I feel like that that I've seen this

Well, as to the text, I've just read it and: 100% agreed Your art would still have the same effect to me - with or without your words

Your painting is amazing and what you've written above is really touching - you almost made me cry, what is not easy to do...
When it happened I was only 9, and I should to admit that I just didn't care about world's tragedies, but few years ago after I watched '101 minutes that changed America' I couldn't take it out of my head for a week, if not more than that, and when I watched the 'Remember me' and Tyler died... it was like someone I knew died there, this is what shocked me the most... This movie, as the 9/11 itself just can't leave the people in the whole world indifferent...
And thank you so much for reminding me to enjoy every moment in this life with people I know - who know's what would happen next?...

Aww, sweetie, you really make me cry. You`re beautiful painting is so perfect as a reminder of September 11 and your heartwarming words are so true and still so incredibly sad. I don`t think I`ve ever seen a movie which made my cry that much. A year after, it`s still a movie, which is on my mind. I`m really glad you did this. It`s amazing!

Thank you so much!!! Me too - I can't get this movie out of my mind. I can't even listen to its beautiful piano music anymore without feeling sad. It speaks volumes to the great power of this movie...
I know it's sad, but I really wanted to do something for RM because of the anniversary.

Thnka you so much !! The film is heartbreaking, better not see it if you feel low or if you've recently lost someone. But it's also (strangely enough) heartwarming... I can't explain. All I know is that it shattered me and that I never quite got over it!
