Okay here are two more ACEO commissions 1/5 for Cheddar99043 and the one on the left is silverstarr-anti's OC Sailor Leto, commissioned by SailorSunGoddess i did check and she DID get permission, and Anti is okay with this. its a b-day present for her.

i wanta do some ACEO's. can you tell me what paper and media you used?

some ppl use printer paper, the main this about ACEO's is having there size right 2.5inx3.5in. I Use carstock paper which is a little thicker, ideally you want a cardstock paper that is as thick as a real trading card if you look it up online im sure you can find out the actually type of paper your suppose to use, since my store didn't have that thickness i bought what i could find. I used Sakura pens t line and copic markers to color, sometimes i add water colors or chalk pastels, or even glue on stickers or gems. Hope that kind of helps~

just wondering what other artist used to see whats best. i did buy sum that were bristol board but i read that they arnt good for watercolour. iv never used markers might have to get some.

water color paper is good too, but i dont like using water color paper with my markers i feel like in drains them a lil bit more and the rough surface is also harder to line how i do. here is one i did on water color paper, lined like i always do and colored fully with watercolors and i was happy with that, its all about what you like to draw with be it colored pencils, copic markers, paint, crayons and then having it be the right size, just getting a thicker cardstock paper is a really good idea

got watercolour paper it just they are a3 sheets and it wud be such a pain to cut them into ACEO cards lol.
i have 20 blank bristol board ACEO cards so i suppose that would be enough really. they are guna be sold at a lil con im going to. normaly i do things in watercolour

yeah i see no reason why the bristol wouldnt work, i personally cut all of my aceo's from normal paper
