Well, I made another Vocaloid/Layton crossover...
This one is a Rolling Girl crossover with Legal Luke. Because, seriously, the song really fits him. Right down to the rolling, since we have the famous Legalroll scene~ No really though, the song reminds me of him.

Okay, so I know the speakers look terrible. And much like everything else I draw, this pic is spammed with gradients. Seriously, the shading, the background, the little glowing dots and whatnot... All gradients~ Whee~

As for the song.... *WARNING WALL OF TEXT, SONG LYRIC INTERPRETATIONS, MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THIRD LAYTON GAME*
There are a few interpretations of the song's lyrics, the typical one is that it's about an overachiever/perfectionist who works hard to reach their goal, never letting anyone help them, overworking themselves even if it hurts them. and in the end, they find someone who tells them they don't have to be alone and that it's okay to accept help.

Then I had heard another version. Rather than simply an overachiever, the person is mentally unstable, and doesn't realize they need help until they've reached their lowest point.

If you combine the two interpretations, it fits his story perfectly. Mental/emotional problems, working toward a goal even if it's a bad decision, only realizing, or rather coming to terms with, their mistakes at the very end.

Although, my favorite version of Rolling Girl is the one sung by Akiakane. She is awesome. ^3^
