OK, I studied it to see if I could make any helpful suggestion.
I don't know, but maybe take the line of the horizon out of the milk bottle? Either move it so the line wouldn't go through it, or make it like you don't see through it by erasing that line?
Perfect colors, adorable little baby, love the little dollie, flowers, pink poka-dotted bottoms, hearts, clouds, even your identification writing in the lower corner is fitting.
A bow on the little sprig of hair, so classic. I like where you put it.
She could be a little regular for you. The face and all the other details so capture the eye. I studied it again looking for anything to suggest that would be helpful suggestion.
I wouldn't know how, or if it is even a good idea to adjust the little torso, arm and hand...just a little tweaking? Maybe the little funkiness is the best way to leave it.
I get trapped into making things too realistic. Really wrong thing for a cartoon. I know you want it to have funny little unique features.
The flow of the colors, hues and fading down, all very very good. Little touches of red...

Wow, thank you for this! You gave me some serious comment here. It takes getting used to the clear lines, I had some serious problems to put them exactly where and how I wanted them. I am sure there are better techniques to make a line art but I am pretty happy with my first result. Maybe I will do some others in the future, too, to get some practice. I don't know yet. Thanks again for taking the time to have a closer look!

I thought it was great. As soon as I noticed it, I was captured by it.
I would never have even seen anything to critique, but I looked hard because you asked. Not that I have any experience or knowledge of line art.
I wanted to be helpful if I could. But I hope you could tell I know my suggestions may be all wrong.
Take 'em or leave 'em, like they say.
I stick by my first comment.
= I love it. Haaa

Your first one? That is amazing. I think it is wonderful.
It caught my eye in the deviations arriving in my "mail" and I had to get over to tell you how much I like it.
