Such a beautiful work of digital art! I've got to make something like this one of these days; The ring with the engraved text and the heart-shaped gemstones, the bevel and transparency of said ring, and the rainbow of colors in combination with the outstanding design within the vary ring! I could use this concept art as an idea for my own when I get to developing games! It is such a perfect card with the background designs thrown in as well, with a gloss finished print as the cherry on top. Keep up the good work on these wonderful designs!

the first i noticed was the words and then i saw some beautiful lines leading to the true artwork which i love this is also quite original but i would not say that ive never seen one before whatever you used to make this art i would love it! it honestly looks like you took a photo! also i loved what you did with the colors it looks like its glowing! ummthis is just purely amazing and now im just trying to run out of words because thats all i can say so its amazing and i hope others like it as much as i do!

I saw this before but decided to do a critique on it now even though late on it for Valentine's Day.
This is CRAZY GOOD!!! O.O Rich vibrant colors and really shiny. This is the kind of stuff you would want to stare at for a while. It gives you a feeling that if this actually existed as an actual object instead of digital art, people would all buy it and it would sell out instantly, that's how good this art is.
This is also the kind of thing you can keep going back to when you want to be amazed and astonished. This is as amazing as seeing a beautiful rainbow. O_o

i also think if this was made in to a poster i would hang one in my room for sure

Honestly, when I first saw this I immediately thought, "Wow!"
This piece was able to take my breath away just from one look at it.
It's definitely unique, and you won't see anything else quite like this! I love the words, "Happy Valentine's Day," at the bottom and how you added in the Hearts for the letters instead. It gives it a very lovely look.
I especially love the heart in the middle, how it seems to just pop out at me! The glitter and shine giving it a very nice touch as well.
I think the card is very different than a regular Valentine's Card, and I like that. Most cards are Pink and Red and just covered in hearts, but the way you made this gives it a very 'mature' Valentine's look.
The only thing I don't really like are the words enscribed on the circle. Some of them are hard to read; perhaps you could have gave them a different color so they stand out more, or a different font would have worked.
But overall, I think it's very beautiful indeed!! Wonderful job.

I really love the colors and the sparkles flowing down to the heart. This piece just really pops out at you, in the best of ways. It's warm and happy, perfect for Valentine's Day. In fact, I may actually send this to someone for it.
The only things I weren't too fond of are the imbalance between the letters around the circle. Three of the sides have two letters, and the fourth has one long letter. Maybe it's my OCD acting up ^-^;
The bulgy-funness of 'Happy Valentine's Day' doesn't seem to work with the beauty and elegance of the rest of the picture. Still, it's really nice and I really like it.

This card would be beautiful to give to anyone! But there is a few things I could suggest to change, or improve!
The text around the ring! It`s a little difficult to read the words, near the bottom the most. I suggest maybe making it a different colour, like red, or maybe a silver?
The text saying 'Happy Valentine's Day' looks good, but maybe a little more, real looking letters, I guess you could call them. It`s very cute, but the only one I personally don't like are the 'A's.

This piece is actually...alluring~
But lest start with the flaws-
The text around the ring is kind of.. unreadable in some parts. I can barely read out "Thankfulness", and in my opinion "Happy Valentines Day" would have been better with an opacity change instead of a design change. Some of the hearts around the ring are more "gleamy" then others.
I love how the hearts are in each pose though, and how you made it seem like a bracelet instead of a picture, i really love the colors and how they blend well, and it was a really thoughtful thing for Valentines Day.

I really love this picture because of these MANY reasons!
The colors are beautiful and blend nicely. The heart looks nice and shiny, like someone took it off of the page, polished it, them pasted it on, the glitter gives the picture a boost in it's look. The font is lovely. The background is wonderful. I love the added hearts in the back. I love the words around the circle. "Friendship, Love, Happiness. Joy, Thankfulness, Trust, Hope" Ah... Beautiful. Again, the 3D looking heart gives it a pop to the image. This Image is L. O. V. E. L. Y.!

It looks like the big heart is jumping out of the drawing, really awesome! The circle above looks like a window, the colours look like coloured glass.
I love the words, all words that can make you happy, all so positive ^^. I also love the style of the letters, the letters of "happy valentine's day", with the hearts are awesome too.
The colours you used for the background are all worm, that is a really good thing, it fits to valentines day.

I have decided to critique this piece of work because amongst your gallery I believe it is a spectacular piece. Which I found in one of your contests.
For vision I have awarded you four stars because itβs an incredible piece with time and effect put into it, you don't just see this work anywhere you have a very creative eye. I also love the colours you have chosen to go with your work; it complements the rest of the colours. The writing is also a nice, personal touch which I admire, and the pattern you have chosen fits well together and within the piece.
Originality I have given you four.five stars. I have never seen a work like this before; you have really made it your own and produced an eye catching, admiring piece of work. I especially love what you've done with the middle, creating different colours and patterns. It really does give this piece the originality it deserves.
Technique I have given you four stars, I adore the work, although one small improvement would be to possibly do an arrow in the middle or some form, giving it a more realistic feeling. Thatβs the only piece of criticism, I can offer.

Well, for the sake of 1000 points, here goes nothing!!!
Firstly, I like your color scheme of choice. From the appropriate color, red, you even expended the scheme to include analogous colors around red: primary with orange coming close to include yellow and a little hint of violet! While a fiery scheme only comes close enough to fit into the Valentine's scheme, thanks to the light colors of orange to yellow, the text "Happy Valentine's Day" can be clearly seen!
I can also see up to 3 motifs in your art: Hearts, swirls and circles. It's splendid how you implement hearts into the "Happy Valentine's Day" as well as how the main swirl separates the lighter color from the darker color.
Finally, the center piece. I was also first mesmerized by it. Probably it was it being multicolored with many circles overlapping one another. Kinda remind me of glass panels. And the heart on the center of the circle piece. It is beaming a gentle light downwards towards the larger heart below. It's kinda feel magical......
Overall, keep up the good work! I think maybe you could have use less white for the shining effects on the hearts, but that's probably just me.

I am glad that you went beyond just one type of love when you created this. Friendship is an important kind of love too, so points for that. Also adding in the different emotions that are felt on that day was a nice touch as well.
Using the hearts to make the letters was very creative. I like the colors here as well. It's nice to see someone breaking out of the regular Valentine's day colors of reds and pinks.
It seems a little busy though. It's cliched, but true: less is sometimes more.
Overall I like it. It'd make an excellent Valentine's day card. <3

SO first is the background. It was good but the blended upper left corner which has no design reduce it's attractiveness. You should have just put the same pattern you have on the lower right where the happy valentines was placed. However, since it was way colorful, most teenagers will be attracted by it and ignore the plain red side.
Next, the circle. The coloring of the circle along with it's art in the middle was awesome. It really showed the ray of lights that shines from the central heart. Which I admit is way tantalizing. The sparkles did a good emphasizing in the pic. The fon of the writing did fit your design and the words are very complimented with it.
I say you can actually use it as a cover page of your chromatic deck. Keep up your awesome work!

The hearts are a universal symbol within the Valentine's Day holiday so it's no surprise they are included here. I think others have mentioned this already but the colors are what got me to stop and take a closer look. You cannot look at this piece and be upset. As far as originality I have never seen anything like this so a perfect score there. The circle technique to me is the representation of the ring that many women will be receiving on free chocolate...I mean Valentine's Day. Its what's in the circle that is the true icing on the cake. The mixture of colors say that love is supposed to be beautiful, strong, binding. Overall I think straight 5 stars on all 4 aspects is all I can give you. Marvelous job with this!

Vision: A picture that represented Valentine's Day as a whole. Simply beautiful.
Originality: It's crazy. It's amazing! I like how you did it and it's by far one of the best.
Technique: You did an amazing job with this. My favorite part is the colors around the inside of the circle. A rainbow of colors if I do say so myself. The heart outside is so well done especially with the sparkles that are covering it is amazing.

First: the ring really caught my attention.
The idea of a ring with "Friendship, Love, Happiness, Joy, Thankfulness, Hope and Trust" was truly genious. The background has serious detail, and it is apparent that you spent quite a while working on both the background, inside the ring, and the whole all around feeling of the image.
Inside of the ring, I feel like I'm looking into a kolidiscope (I think that's how you spell it?). It's incredible, and I really hope that you enjoy finally getting to sit back and look at all of you hard work completed! This is an amazing piece, congrats on it!

Well,first off : Wow...This is extraordinary,this is really reflecting valentine's day...Freindship,love,happiness,hope,it's all there...I really like how you put all those words in a circle and inside the circle you put a heart...it's like the circle is some kind of living being with a heart and all those words of happiness and joy...
And the backgrounds are amazing,really,the one in the circle is...there's just no words.
The only thing I like a bit less about this peice is the way the *happy valentines day* is written,I think it would have been better if it were in the same type of writing as the words in the circle,but I love how the hearts fit in the letters.

To start off, you've done an amazing job. The artwork itself is beautiful, and the color combinations are stunning. Having said that, I think it could've done without the words on the ring. The font's beautiful and they're not horribly garish, but the words themselves are cliche and uncreative, and they're not really ADDING anything to the art itself.
The textures, shapes, and effects used are stunning and add to the overall impact and rememberability of the piece.
Personally, I think there could have been a few hearts fewer than there are, but again, they aren't detracting from the picture TOO much.

Impressive work, it's truly beautiful in its design and color scheme, and with such thoughtful and meaningful words added into it that I thinkΒ successfullyΒ captures the spirits of Valentine day.
To me personally, it does look like there's a subtle impression of Asian's Yin and Yang in it along with the patterns and color scheme that you use as well as the whole composition does reflects harmony in it.Β
