try using a lower F Number to make the flower really stand out!

... Thanks for the but If i use a lower F stop then the framing of the leaves and buds in the background is lost and i don't have the lines that I do now, I would also lose the grain in the dark wood.

Oh what a strange looking bloom, I wonder what it is. Love the dark background, really makes this flower stand out. If you had to salvage any shot from the flower pics, this was the perfect one. Well done.

Thank you so much! The good old flower garden thing by the capitol building. It was crazy my mom wiht terrible allergies wasn't even affected their, great place it is.
