Just as I pictured him in my head when I read the book

I love that you drew him from the back, yet at the same time managed to make it unmistakable that it's Turin we're seeing. Turin's story is like the epitome of high tragedy in Tolkien's work and this picture really represents that well - I can almost see the weight of his doomed destiny on his shoulders. I also like how the movement of his tattered cloak gives it more dramatism.

Oh my God! This is him! absolutely him. And I love the fact that you did him backwards. I like how he is holding the sword. You can feel his sorrow without even seeing his face.
