Here is the complete set of nine redhaired (includes auburn) ladies of from cartoons. They are all better known as being the moms of other cartoon characters but deserve recognition in their own right. I did all of these from memory so they are all depicted in my own style.

BTW: Ony 2% of the U.S. population has red hair. The reason that so many North American cartoon moms have red hair has to do with the advent of color TV in the 1960's. With the exception of Marge Simpson, toon matriarchs have hair colors from elsewhere in the spectrum. In Japanese anime there is no such limitation.
