It looks like you use a couple of fancy brushes; Is there a way you could share info about them (How you made them/ where you got them)?

The lighting and textures are great, but I have a hard time figuring out your composition. I don't understand what the brown shape on the left is, and I suppose the shape on the right is a flag, but I find it hard to read and I don't see how it's attached... And what's the flesh-colored shiny thingy near the metal belt?
But it's just my grain of salt, it doesn't seem to bother a lot of people...

Hmm, I'm pretty sure the brown thing by his belt is a sheath for his sword while the thing on the left is another flag.

Just because on a speedpaint you concentrate more on lighting, composition and texture, and less on polishing the details, doesn't mean it can't be finished. I mean all of his other speedpaints I've seen look pretty finished to me, everything is crystal clear, even tough detail is just suggested.
For me, one of the requirements for a good picture is when you understand what is going on right away. That's why I was surprised here, compared to the rest of his (jaw-dropping) gallery...

I really don't understand how you can produce something so amazing in three hours! I end up spending days or weeks on something more realistic than my ordinary style if I want them to look any good - but to do it digitally in three hours... You are God.
