This is a HEAVY retouch, I know... but "natural look" was never the goal here. I looked at the skin of this woman and thought... well, she could be so pretty, there is a potential in this picture. And you know what? After the retouch she kinda reminds me of Mother Mary
I don't know why... she looks so perfect and innocent. Like a doll, really

yes I've definitely used some blurring, because as you can see, her skin is really bad and it's difficult to retouch it by using only the dodge&burn technique. Sadly, I don't remember where I got the original picture from
