Ahaha thanks..! I didn't do much really, it's just that that brush has amazing water-color-like textures!
One of the best thing about this ARPG is pushing me to do more background practices, need to appreciate that

RAWR! Thank you so much for drawing my dear girl! I love everything but dang that sky has beautiful colors and light! And her bit of a hasty pose makes me wonder where is she hurrying to? I like it when pictures have a bit of action, it makes you think of "what happened" and "what'll happen next"! The river has movement too, which makes the scene even more alive~ The light is also great coming from behind her, and how it shows on her flowers~~Β

Ronya is one of the most beautiful nursery esks to draw and, seeing that she has been portrayed as calm and quiet most of the time, I wondered if she would have one of those rare moments when the warmth of eastern wind draws you onto your feet and run... I mean, in Spring, practically everything is in motion: the river unfroze and roar with life, animals become active once more, and still as the trees and grasses are, inside them contains an explosive energy to grow.
So here I am..! Drawing a particularly lively Ronya. :'D So happy that you like it!

I actually have no idea why she got labeled as calm (ok maybe her ML image is the reason), because I imagine her as a happyhappyjoyjoy, bit of a tomboyish rascal and goofy, but yeah, she has her calm moments too. It's not like anyone has just one side of them showing 24/7
