Sorry, but that's a stainless steel sword. Either it was incredibly cheap, or you got ripped off big time. Everything about it is poorly made. The tsuka, tsuka-ito, tsuba, edge, hamon...everything. There isn't even a habaki, and the hamon is clearly fake. That thing isn't worth any more than $20, I'll tell you that now.

I Know that is a poorly sword and for sure it was very, very cheap, but even with that I really liked the photo... ^_^

Well, that's true, but I can tell you that it could still be used for kata practice, exercising, and other non-contact things. Just be careful not to try sword fighting with it, or else it might snap and hurt you. Contrary to popular belief, it's actually safer to use a higher-quality, sharp, battle ready sword than it is to use a cheap stainless steel sword, because stainless steel is too brittle.
