Jolty is the eldest of two daughters. She was raised in a loving and caring family: a Vaporeon as a father, a Jolteon as a mother, and a little Flareon sister. She was born in a Spanish speaking country, but her English is pretty good, just some grammar and spelling errors here and there.

To avoid her daughters evolving by accident into espeon, umbreon, leafeon or glaceon, their parents gifted Jolty and her sister with an everstone ribbon.

Evolution sometimes is not easy for the eevee species: little Jolty found a sweet hobby on desserts, so she felt that a leafeon would suit her for that job, but at the same time, she developed a natural talent on massages, and she really enjoyed giving them! So, maybe an espeon would be great too, but she didn’t like the idea of being the Sun Pokémon. Espeon or Leafeon? In the end, she decided that she enjoyed more giving massages, but would she be happy being an espeon? Is not that she hated that possible evolution, but that she didn’t liked the idea being hyper-sensitive to others, and the psychic powers weren’t attractive to her.

As she grew up, she learned that there were massage therapies with electroshock. Jolty suddenly felt excited. She always admired her mother, and she was a jolteon! She did some research on that kind of therapy and also asked her mother for all of the possible moves that a jolteon can learn. When Jolty reached her 15 years, she asked to evolve into the Lightning Pokémon. She decided to keep her pin missile move so she could also apply acupuncture therapy.

Even though she decided to be a therapist, college brought many doubts along with wonderful experiences. Jolty learned thundershock on her first semester and got problems controlling its intensity, so her massages ended with disastrous and paralyzing results. She thought that being a therapist wasn’t for her. At some point, she fell in love and developed a relationship with a houndoom. Things started getting better as Jolty suddenly started relaxing and controlling her electricity and making friends. As time went on, romantic problems appeared and Jolty couldn’t produce electricity at all; after analyzing the situation and getting support from friends and family, Jolty finished her relationship with her boyfriend and felt a great freedom. With her mind cleared, she got a new focus and learned how to control and produce her electricity, getting better on her massaging skills. Nevertheless, she still has issues controlling her electricity when her emotions are high.

After graduating, she started working at a Pokémon Center in her hometown, Nayam City. Even though she enjoyed her life at that moment, she felt that it was necessary to "leave the nest" and explore the world, so she could finish growing up. She asked to be transferred to a Pokémon Center in a country that she found interesting, and Poketopia City’s Pokémon Center was the one to reply.

Jolty was a little afraid of arriving to a big city as Poketopia, so she investigated for quiet and calm place near her new job at the hospital and found about Pokette Town. Being a timid girl, she decided that Pokette was just what she needed for getting used to this new country. Still, she became homesick and that made her timid nature to develop greater. She is more of the shy type rather than having low self-esteem issues; still this jolteon won’t start up conversations with new people due to being a nervous girl.

Who knows? Maybe after settling up and making new friends, Jolty’s timidness will disappear.

She loves baking and doing any type of desserts; she still dreams on having her own bakery shop one day, though she really loves her job as therapist.

Though this ability might not be helpful at all on her job, it sure helps to bring back Jolty to her senses. In college, some electric type friends would help her to “recharge” when she was tired or when she couldn’t produce electricity (you could say that some friends electrocuted her to cheer her up).

Her electricity color is white most of the times. It’s yellow when she is angry or stressed; light blue when she is in a pretty good mood (overjoyed, for example).
Jolteon’s game footprint show it has three fingers/toes; I’m assuming it has a fourth toe on the “back?” of its paw (like dogs and cats). Jolty has three fingers and a thumb on each hand, while her feet/paws keep their “animal”-like aspect.
Jolty doesn’t like spider-like bugs, though maybe a joltik pet will change a bit her mind~ ...or not?
She likes clean and ordered places, disorder can stress her out.
Caution, her hairbrush is charged with static electricity; if you use it, your fur will go "poof! I'm fluffy~!"
Because her own static, she has problems to made her hair soft and silky.
If Jolty gets angry, she will get an electrifying aura (literally).
