Nice image to break in a new tablet, but what program did you use? Exception of the slight shading, this more or less loos like a vector drawing to me.

I used SAI which I find prettyneat when it comes to draw. But I prefer Photoshop for colors.

Never used AS I have just stuck with Photoshop mostly
